Spend your holidays in San Fiorano
San Fiorano can be rented out for recovery or creative retreat at every time of the year.
Guests will have access to free wifi in the house.
The pool is in operation from mid-May to mid-October.
The price includes water, electricity, gas for cooking, hot water, weekly cleaning (including change of lines), as well as bedding, kitchen towels and bathroom towels.
Aside from the church, the whole house is equipped with central heating.
Seasonal or weather-dependent energy charges may arise between October/November and April/May.
There are additional charges for the telephone as well as for firewood.
We let the house on a weekly basis, usually from Saturday to Saturday.

Options
Rent exclusively according to your needs
How much room and beds do you need? You have three options:
Parish (approx. 190 sqm)
For up to 6 people, you can book the parish with 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 fireside lounge and 3 bedrooms.
Parish and library (approx. 220 sqm)
If you are 8 people, book the parish and another big room, the so-called library. You’ll have 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 fireside lounge and 4 bedrooms - 2 double and 2 single.
Have the full house for yourself (approx. 330 sqm)
If you need space for 10 people, you can rent the whole house exclusively. Then you have 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 2 fireside lounges and 5 bedrooms - 3 double and 2 single.

Applicable for all three options:
The church is always included. There is also a storage room – the so-called Cantina – with a washing machine, iron board, as well as a cupboard with sheets and towels if you need replacement. You’ll also find another fold-out bed, a baby bed with a mattress and a baby chair. The so-called garage, which doesn’t host a car, but a ping-pong table as well as rackets and balls.

For a booking request, please send us an email to info@sanfiorano.de. In addition to their name, address and a telephone number, please state the number of people and the desired booking period.
San Fiorano is administered privately by the owners. We ask for your patience if processing your request takes several days. Thank you for your understanding!
